Neutron is a specialist Medical X-Ray Imaging company that supplies fully reconditioned (as new) Surgical C-Arm / Mobile Image Intensifier systems.

We have a various models of Surgical C-Arms/ Mobile Image Intensifiers available for sale. All have been fully recondition to a "like new" standard and because of our rigorous reconditioning process we are pleased to provide a full twelve month warranty on these systems (conditions apply).
We also offer an extended 5 year warranty if required.

The Reconditioning Process

We dismantle the complete system to component level and test to make sure all components (including Cables and Power Supplies), are functioning correctly within their specifications and replace any defective items.

Work is then commenced to eradicate any signs of rust, remove any dents and the whole system is professionally spray painted.
All bearings are adjusted and lubricated, the locks are then tested and adjusted to function correctly.

The X-Ray dose rate and collimation is then measured and adjusted as required. Image quality is then tested and adjusted to produce optimum resolution with minimum dose rate. The whole system is then tested to make sure that it meets our exacting standards. We then certify this system and provide an E.P.A. Radiation "Certificate of Compliance" .
